A film made with the assistance of men of the Public Works Hydro Construction Camp, Lake Pukaki, mountain guides of the Department of Tourist and Health Resorts and many recent immigrants to New Zealand, including MARGARET McNULTY as MARGARET ALLEN STEWART PILKINGTON as HARRY WHITE ELIZABETH ARMSTRONG as CASSIE McLEOD and FRANCIS RENNER as THE FOREMAN
